Lead Solar Installer
Our lead solar installers are responsible for residential and small commercial solar hot water system installations. Extensive home improvement and project management experience is required. No Solar Experience Required as you will attend our in-depth, comprehensive solar installer training education courses.
Job responsibilities include the management of day to day solar installation activities, running a crew of 2-3 solar installers, client interaction and management of multiple solar installations on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years home improvement experience
- MHIC License or MHIC Sub Contractor License
- Liability Insurance
- Workmen’s Comp Insurance

You determine the size of your paycheck. You’ll have the opportunity to make an exceptional income by providing a service that genuinely helps people. Dedicated sales reps will make over $100k/year.
We will supply you with approximately 50% of your leads. You will also be responsible for utilizing multiple methods of generating your own leads and clients.
You do NOT need solar experience. The secret to success is more about a good work ethic, company loyalty, and DRIVE …and NOT about degrees or being a “know-it-all”.
